This clever bit of kit is quick to set up and has a very easy to use interface. It is simple to populate Frequently Asked Questions, order queries and suchlike. Using specific Power Automate conditions and connectors to link to your relevant in-house systems, your Power Virtual Agents chatbot can follow the necessary actions.

At any stage you can review the performance of your chatbots which can highlight where any improvements could be made.

What Can It Do?

Subject Definition

Inside WPA, a subject defines how a bot conversation will progress. This is totally; this is totally customisable, and operators can create a template from scratch or use a wizard to guide the process.

Activation Phrase

Each subject has trigger phrases, questions or keywords pertaining to a specific topic that a user is likely to use in conjunction to that subject. Conversation nodes are what we use to define the bot’s response and subsequent action.
